Payment
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheques and BACS payments.

Cards we accept, (Master Card / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / JCB / Solo / Switch).

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to EMOTIVES and have cleared in full unless otherwise agreed.

Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GB Pounds. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result All Awards Ltd reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Delivery
Your order will be sent to you by your requested deadline, any problems and we will contact you as soon as practicably possible.

We hold no card details on computer or within the premises.

Returns Policy and Refunds Policy
Supply of goods are made to the customer's specifications and personalised for which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. We will exchange damaged or faulty goods by return.
